This Privacy Policy applies when you visit our website, official social media sites, or other online properties (collectively “Sites”), in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Sites, and at any of our in-person locations. 1848 Attire recognizes that you care about how your information is used, and your privacy is important to us. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information that increase our rights to use personal information that we have previously collected about you, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page. Children Under the Age of 13

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Sites that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. This California law permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by Blended Designs to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes within the immediately preceding calendar year.
